Marshall Lions Leo Club

The Marshall Lions Leo Club is made up of kids between the ages of 12-18. Leo Clubs are self-governed and work on community projects they have identified. Leo Clubs elect officers and they follow some of the same guidelines as the Lions Clubs. Our Lions Club offers the Leo Club some financial support to perform projects and serve as an adviser when needed. Here are some of the things you can gain from participating in a Leo Club:

        • Learn to plan and manage projects

        • Acquire community service hours (Many scholarships are based upon involvement in the community)

        • Become a more effective leader

        • Make Marshall a better place to live

        • Learn how great you will feel about yourself by helping others

        • Enjoy being part of a team and develop camaraderie with other Leos

        • Make a difference in your community and in other people’s lives

        • Identify areas of need with the help of  the Lions. Accomplish great things that would  not be possible without the involvement of many

        • Become a part of the only nonprofit organization in the world (Lions) to be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize Award
