Brat & Burger Fry

burgersCome join the Marshall Lions Club this Friday, June 19th for a Brat Fry at Lions’ Park.  We will be serving food and beverages from 4-8 PM.  In addition to brats, we will also be serving burgers, cheese burgers, potato salad, chips, and ice cream.  For curbside service, call in your brat/burger order to: 239- 0961 or 516-0921.

Where:   Lions’ Park, 203 Hubbell St (parking on Waterloo Rd, Maunesha Drive and the northbound lane of Hubbell Street or walk or paddle in on the Maunesha!!)

Children Eye Screening at Marshall ELC

The Marshall Lions Club will be conducting an Eye Screening Session on June 3rd at the Marshall Early Learning Center (ELC).  Members from the Cottage Grove Lions Club will also be volunteering to conduct the screens.  Marshall Area Children between 4-7 years of age can attend this session.

Spaghetti Dinner & Easter Egg Hunt Recap

The Marshall Lions Club held its annual Spaghetti Dinner and Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 5th.  Hundreds of patrons joined us at the Marshall Legion Hall to enjoy a plate of warm spaghetti and to support the club.  At 2 pm, the Easter Bunny arrived and kicked-off the Easter Egg Hunt.  Children had the opportunity to collect hundreds of Easter eggs, and seven lucky winners found “special” eggs which entitled them to win grand prizes.  Winners included:

 

1-3 year old group:

Later in the day, names for the winners of the cash raffle were drawn.  Marshall Lions awarded nearly $1500 in cash prizes.  Winners included:

Spaghetti Dinner

spaghettiOur annual Spaghetti Dinner will be held on Sunday, April 5th at the Marshall American Legion clubhouse.  Spaghetti will be served from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Tickets will be sold at the door (Adults: $6.50; Kids 5-12: $4.50; Kids under 4: Free).  The Easter Bunny will be making an appearance and start the easter egg hunt.  The day will end with a raffle drawing and cash prizes awarded (you need not be present to win). Contact any Lions member for raffle tickets.
